Measurement and analysis of technological progress bias in China's mariculture industry

Choosing a technological progress bias that matches the factor endowment structure is significant for optimizing resource allocation and improving productivity. Therefore, in this study, data envelopment analysis method applied to calculate input-biased index of China's mariculture industry from 2006 2018, measure progress, analyze its desirability. The results indicate following: first, there various regions contribution total productivity (TFP) most positive. Second, are differences during sample period; is, between capital labor, area, labor steadily biased toward using saving mostly relatively area respectively. Third, support constructing indicators desirability discover mismatch. Based on research results, study presents relevant policy recommendations promote scientific development industry.
